Objective
The Board of Directors oversees the operations of the Norfolk Area Chamber of Commerce by setting policy within the framework of the By-Laws, guiding strategic direction, managing financial resources, and ensuring the Chamber fulfills its mission.
Goals
To implement and assess the Chamber’s Strategic Plan through strong collaboration with councils, affiliates, community partners, and Chamber staff.
